PORK CHOP

Can I introduce you all to.....Pork Chop.......the seven month old Boxer.......probably the most obedient and attentive young dog I have ever met.

She is owned by someone who was with the Boxer breed from birth...........he certainly seemed to have a magical control over this little guy.

On the command....BE NICE......Pork Chop puts up her paw as in the first shot.

On being told to sit....it is instant and she remains totally attentive....not like the usual bouncy/ totally daft pup we all seem to know........the only time she bounced around was when another dog walked close by on the narrow footpath.

In my third shot, you can see her in action................ if I had a dog, I would love one as obedient as this......she dotes on her owner:

That last shot is interesting. Look at her front leg. She's running on her wrist. Pastern letdown is common in sight hounds but I've never noticed it in another breed before.

A very interesting observation....

That might just be caused by my shutter speed being a bit slow as she ran.....I did need to pan......and she was on the opposite bank of our local brook ......around 12 -15 feet away ...perhaps others can judge?

She definitely looks 'bendy' to me. It's not a problem for them. Just a quirk of evolution I suppose.
