We've Had Snow...

...and I'm stuck at home waiting for a parcel, that isn't even for me! :(

Resorted to sticking the camera out of the bedroom window, and a very quick wander to the neighbour's stables.

If I may ask Phil whereabouts do you live in East Yorkshire, its just that I am an East Riding lad and I may know it.

Don't mind at all. I live in the village of Hook, just outside of Goole.

Thank you everyone. I appreciate there's no real photographic merit but I couldn't let the snow pass without the odd pic. Within 3 hours of taking these it had gone.

And no, Annie, I don't live on a ranch, just the opposite actually :)

I,ve heard of it Phil, that wouldn't be that far from Gilberdyke then, I used to go coarse fishing there as a lad.

I lived east of Hull at Skirlaugh.

Gilberdyke is just 5 miles away. Goole is an odd sort place, no one wants to take responsibility for us. In the past we've been part of South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North Humberside obviously before it was disbanded 20 years ago, and finally East Yorkshire.

A cod-ed eh, born and bred? Have you managed to lose that 'Marmite' accent, or are your caretuns still pearpull, and do the kids still catch the bus at farv t' narn? ;)
