Lovely capture ... background a tad too out of focus for my taste (gives it the appearance of an illustration). Nice though.

I can see what your saying but unfortunately that's what good glass does, even at f8 if the BG is far enough away from the focal point it will do the same

The good glass on my m4/3 would deliver good bokeh but with just enough contextual detail in the BG. However, take nothing away from this fine shot, we're only talking personal subjective preferences after all. As a study it's superb, any ornithologist would bless you.
