This was taken during a Vintage Car event in town........the Background was so complicated I decided not to process it.....until tonight, that is..........I realised that if I could get rid of the intrusive BG it might work as a Low-Key Mono.

 

It took a long time....I really hope that it has worked?

Thank you folks........the post processing to remove shops and spectators ( even a passenger in the same seat had to be dealt with) .....that glossy finish is as a result of me experimenting by adding PS Photo Filters to modify the blacks..........I use the darkest corner of a Navy Blue, flatten.....then do the same with a Rich Purple........it seems to work with very low key work.

I reckon I spent at least an hour to obtain this final result......very enjoyable.
