More detail? Maybe. :) I think the sky is pretty much giving me everything that was there though! 

 

Mono, now there is some food for thought.

 

I wonder if Paul was somewhat tongue-in-cheek there? It's about as much HDR as you can get, I don't see any further scope for teasing detail.

Dunno Chris. Whilst I like this shot what does bug me about the image is some really small details. Look at Monsieur's ears and Madames hands. They are very "rich" in colour.

 

Oh God, you're right. How did that happen? I'm assuming you've used software, e.g. HDR.

I just blended 2 images for this, one for the sky and one for the rest of the shot. Started to play with some Topaz plugins which I like but you can so easily over do things with Topaz. Missed the small detail in Topaz and hey presto it looks like Monsiuer has eaten too many chilli's. ;) One of the things i need to remember when making global adjustments to 2 blended images I guess. I still like it though and simple enough to correct.
