I set out today to capture the kingfishers at Pennington flash, after watching some Youtube videos I thought I'd give the High Iso route a go to get a high shutterspeed in the poor light.

 

they are not perfect far from it but I am well chuffed, I had not been exited to have got a shot for many months, even the motorsport had become BORING!

Canon 1100d, Canon 75-300 non IS lens Iso's around 1600-3200, Aperture priority.
