Out again but the light was awful, there was some mist and drizzle this morning so the kingfishers were not as frequent. I only managed a quick shot which isn't the best due to light and a bit of noise but I thought id post it anyway. The good news is the reservoir is looking to build a sand martin bank and a nesting bank for the kingfishers so hopefully a few better shots might be on the cards in the future.post-950-0-91575000-1408095853.jpg

I'd be happy to see a kingfisher let alone photograph one,--really good shot Paul,

Thank you, I think I've just got high expectations of myself and what I want to achieve and get a little frustrated when I fail, having said that, it's a total pleasure to see them and all of the other local residents :)
