Check your bread

I hate it when the bread goes mouldy.

It's a good pic of the bread texture.

We bought a bloomer from a well known store a few years ago.

I made John a bacon sandwich and when I turned the loaf over and started to cut the bread for my sandwich when I noticed the huge meat fly that had been cooked into the bottom of it.

It must have gone into the tin just before the dough was put in. I wish I had thought to take a pic of it.

John took it back just so they could make sure that it didn't happen again and the manager begged him not to say anything and gave him a £20 shopping voucher.

l didn't buy a bloomer gor ages after that, but on the odd occasion that i do now, I check it all over and each slice as I cut it. lol.

Erm, don't want to upset you Tina, but it could happen on any type of loaf, not just a bloomer! :D
