9 Months On

It's nine months since we adopted our little Evie and we just can't imagine life without her now( the lovable little rascal).

 

A few weeks ago I invested in a pair of rechargable dog clippers and did my first dog trim ever.

Her fur is starting to grow again but she will be done again in the next couple of weeks as it's so much cooler for her now.

We will let it grow for the winter to keep her nice and warm.

Today we took her for an early walk while it was cool and then John and myself were going to the wildlife pond at the local park on our own because it was too hot for her the last time that we went, so we came back home, BUT, it turned cold and windy for the next couple of hours so we knocked it on the head and I got the pics of Evie instead.

She was having a bad hair day on a couple of them when the wind was quite strong.

Thanks, Terry. She is a sweet little thing.
She has been passed around from breeder to owner, to rescue then to new owner, then back to rescue and finally to us to us, but she is here to stay and has settled in well.

She is brilliant with a football and will play on her own or with us and can tackle better than Englands best players. Lol.
