What a sight. Wonderful old things.The ground must have been rumbling. I really admire the guys who keep these old machines going, and they keep them immaculate. 

 

Great shots, must have been a real sight to see...wonder what that little boy holding his dad's hand make of them....

Annie - apparently he was happy to wait and see the 'train' to come past - I suppose with the chimmey stack and smoke/steam it was a good assessment  :D

The childs wonderment, he being envious of the lad in the minature John Deere overalls sat astride the machine.

 

In a bygone context, that little lad staring at the monster machine in streets that have seen the same sight, and scene, only 80 or so years previously...lovely stuff!
