Yup!

Great shots Leon......hopefully, soon to be matched by a couple of.......Bees In Flight .......captures, they fly at about the same speed those cars were going.

When you say your camera is slow, do you mean when it's in multi shot mode?

If it is slow because of that, I would use single shot mode, get that set exactly right for the next car to come round then anticipated the kerb jump, do that a few times, you are certain to get a few pin sharp accurately timed shots.

I have been in situations, like that, a bit like my recent foray into the Tattoo Parlour, being given permission to get so close was a bonus, but it took me ages to feel relaxed.....my first series of shots were absolute rubbish, because I was excited.

Practice makes perfect?

yeh, slow in multi shot/motordrive, and also such a small buffer, after 6 or 7 shots it stops, even with a really good SD card, not to worry, you hould have seen the face of a guy I see frequently, he was so pleased I got access and he had to stand behind the fence  :fish:

not pin sharp unfortunately, and not taken in RAW due to owning an obscenely slow camera, and the track is Three Sisters in Wigan :)

These might interest you.

These series is about taking the best shots with cheap cameras, including a lego camera and a barbie camera :)
