I'm having a few days in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. I'm not sure what these two shots will look like on a decent monitor as I only have my laptop with me. Not many boats in the harbour, I've seen it pretty full on previous occasions... shame the tide was out.

Looks nice John, I may have been but it would be many years ago when I was inclined to throw the tent in the boot and head off somewhere for the weekend - don't do so much traveling these days due to cost of fuel.

We used to love hoidays in Pembrokeshire and just like Colin we too would load up our old VW Beetle with a huge tent, three kids, pots-pans and all the other camping paraphernalia; fill up with petrol and drive the circa170 miles to tour around Swan Lake Bay, Pembroke, St Davids etc.

Much later, we used to laod the VW Camper up to the gunwales with even bigger kids and gear to do the same.

Now I only visit Wales to see my brother..........they dont accept English Buss Passes there .....so it's Devon, Cornwall,Somerset or the Isle of White for us as old fogeys now ;-)
