Sunrise at the Beach

I got up early this morning and headed off down the beach to catch the sunrise. I wasn't disappointed and after almost a week shrouded in fog it was lovely to see the old light bulb in the sky climbing above the horizon again:

In #3 you've caught the perfect combination of warm and cooler colour temperatures. However #1 is heavily biased towards the magenta/blue spectrum - have you played around to see if 'warming' the colour temperature (towards yellow mostly, I would guess) would improve the colour of what is otherwise a very good shot? The colour temperature of #1 and #2 is dramatically different also, you wouldn't think it was the same occasion.

In my haste to take the photographs (I got there just as the sun was rising) I accidentally left the camera at it's previous WB setting of tungsten...yes a school boy error!. #2, #3 and #4 raw files were corrected in photoshop, by changing to auto WB, #1 showed little or no difference I left it.

The sequence of shots were: #4, #1, #3 and #2. They were all taken this morning within half an hour of each other, and there really was quite a change in colours.

Having taken your comments on board I tried again with #1 and changed it to daylight and got this result - I think it works:
