L&Y + LNWR Centenary Merger

This weekend the ELR celebrated the centenary merger of the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway with the London North West Railway in 1922, all the locos are at least 100 years old..

L&Y Loco 1300 built in 1895

L&Y Loco 752 built in 1881

L&Y Loco 19 Pug built in 1910

LNWR Coal Tank 1054 built in 1888 and the only surviving loco of it's class

These are great but more drawn to the 2nd image because there is a good balance of exposure and isn't too busy in the background.
