The Vine

Went down to our neighbour's for a coffee yesterday arvo. As we sit inside we look out at her grape vine, which runs along the veranda  area. The grapes haven't been good, but what's there are sweet and popping, so attractive to birds. I managed to get a couple, but the lighting was difficult. A Browneyed honeyeater, checking things out:

A young Wattlebird zoomed through to upset the peace every few minutes:

 

 

 

 

 

 

I didn't have my 'good' camera with me, but caught the first one with my TZ, and the other two were taken with David's Nikon.

Great shots Dee. It took me a while to fathom out what that was in No. 2 but now I see it's a Wattle bird.

Those grapes look tasty!
