It would be nice to have a bit of sunshine, so that we could escape the drilling and banging as the external insulation is being fixed to the walls.

It's too cold to go anywhere except into town shopping and as we don't want to leave the dog barking at the workmen we would have to take her with us, and as no dogs allowed in the shops, we are stumped..
