It's Wild Out

Absolutely howling a gale outside and with a smattering of rain - pretending to be bullets by the feel of them - but the dog needs a walk so out we went.

 

There was another reason........my new The North Face Etip Gloves needed a test run.

Thin enough to handle my gadgets but warm enough for all but the worst weather.....and.....they have some sort of alien weave that means I can use my iPhone's capacitance screen with them on. 

Brilliant - honestly they are nothing short of brilliant.

No more freezing hands as I take gloves off to shoot pictures....see below:

It looks rough.

We had terrible winds in the night and still blowing well this morning.
It was that bad yesterday that we didn't even take Evie out.

I felt guilty as she has only missed two walks since she came to us.

the light is subtle but beautiful and i love the way the white water is just coating the pebbles. You've caught the foam sploshing up beautifully

See if I can shoot every type of weather, the stuff that gets washed up, the people who go their and the wildlife.
