I'm Going to Miss This!

I'm sad to be going home on Saturday   but it will be nice to see my furry's on Sunday when I pick them up from Rose who is looking after them.

We are only a hundred metres or so away from the end of the prom, so it's out of the caravan, over the railway lines and onto the prom.

We then have a lovely walk along the entire length of the prom into town with things like this to look at as we go.

I have been coming here for so long now that I know when to dodge the waves lol.

 I was out one year at 8.30am getting  some pics of getting some get high tide. I think I posted the link on here, but I will post it again for the newbe's.

It was so exhilarating, and I was happy to get some shots.

The only thing that I was worried about was keeping my Panasonic Bridge dry. Had a cloth over it most of the time and just whipped it off to get a shot or two.

I  left John cooking the breakfast so nipped back over the lines to the caravan with an appetite when I had finished. lol

I can almost smell the sizzling bacon...........can't beat a breakfast in a caravan...can I come with ya next year?

I like these kind of shots where you can see the splash getting closer and you're wondering when you need to run.... one more frame...   just one more....    *splash*

Bugs, I was the other side of the wall,  but I have known the sea to come over the wall.
The first time that we stayed where we are staying now, the foam was flying over and landing in the garden that we are in.

It was great.

The second one is lovely, Tina, but in all of them I can smell the salty air, and feel the fresh bracing breeze!!

Definitely lovely fresh air, Kobione.

As soon as we get to Birmingham and then Coventry, there is a completely different smell and it's definitely not fresh anymore.
