This morning I decided to travel into Leamington Spa, to see what kind of phone ORANGE would give if I wanted a smartphone upgrade.

The young, tech-savvy assistant could have sold this old fogey almost anythin, thereby earning his commission.....but....no.....he sat patiently whilst I explained that I didn't want an upgrade I didn't want or like.......... but would rather have the latest HTC Windows Phone.

He asked if he could look at my current HTC Trophy.... On finding nothing wrong with it....he advises I saved my money,until it conks out...... So I will do that, whilst in the meantime begin a replacement phone fund.

Yes, good customer relations can be very valuable PR .......a solid example of good business.......as long as they remember to give me the best discount available when the time comes.
