I think I shot these on near enough the full 200mm zoom as he was a distance from us.

I waited for ages for him to sit or stand up, but no joy. He was enjoying the warmth of the sunshine too much to pose.
I couldn't get the whole of his body in the first shot and the wooden posts in both shots were in the way, so I decided to get  what I could of him and make the best of them later in editing.
His mate was right over the other side of the enclosure and it was impossible to get any of her, even after we walked round to the other side.

That is a rather relaxed look he's giving you in the second one NF! I just love big cats, they are so beautiful.
