Clearing a cupboard out on Sunday and I came across a long lost friend - My Nikkor H 28mm f3.5 that was sitting on another dusty find my old Nikon EM.

Mine is slightly more beat up....read kicked from pillar to post....and my dad and I 'converted' it to Ai with a bit of brass and Araldite so it meters on modern () bodies.

Don't think I've used it in the last ten years so I had to stick it on the front of the D300s, rummage through the menu to tell the body it had a none AF chipped lens on it and away we went for a play on the way to work this morning.

Pretty darned good for 'just a play'! Love the sky in the first, the composition of the second and the gentle sunlight coming on to the first seat, and the colour and detail in the last. :)
