one of 60+ photos from last Saturdays Boxing Show, the light was appalling just two over bright spot lights which meant you had to watch for flare, obviously flash is not allowed so it was out with the trusty 50mm.

 

I liked this one because of the intense stare the chap with the bucket is giving the opposing corner while 'Coach' gives his man a talking too, I hope you also like it.

Even though I dislike boxing with a passion, I've got to agree that this is a great image.

 

Phil's comment re all the little stories going on around the central characters is spot-on! I'd love to know what's transpiring between the two women on the extreme left.

 

Can't help but think it'd come across even better in black and white, but great work all the same!

I nearly converted it to black and white, but then I would have gone and added a tint and probably a texture and then I thought 'it works - maybe just leave it alone'  But thanks for all the comments ladies and gentlemen muchly appreciated
