My mum bought me a solid oak cheese board from Robert Thompson's (The Mouseman of Kilburn) for my birthday and as I haven't taken any photographs today I thought it would make a good subject for the One-A Day...

It might seem like an odd gift but I do enjoy cheese and crackers after a nice meal, it is a wonderfully hand crafted item that is a pleasure to own and its the sort of thing that I'll still be using in (hopefully) another 45 years before one of the kids gets it.
