coloured Moon, redone for Polly

Full Moon taken with the Nikon Coolpix P900 , at full optical zoom ,hand held , processed in Photoshop., checked on the internet as it was my first try at this and its as good as others have done .lol

Redone a more delicate process

Did you  crop it so it sat on the base Roger ?  .I think I would have just liked a  bit of sky underneath it but  interesting  in colour ... almost an earthly feel about it !

No Polly.its hard hand held .kinda moved a bit when i took it.lol i could have.made a bit under i guess.bored at the moment so just playing about.its nowt special.

Ah  hand held.. that explains it ... You'll have to get the tripod out next time...... Bored ?....What are you going to spend your time photographing when all the insects and spiders  have  disappeared when winter gets here  then Roger ...?

Good ...  You should join the one a day  challenge ...  I hope it continues next year ...it does focus the mind on seeing things  you maybe didn't always consider taking a picture of ...

Very cool the colors give it an alien world feel well done. I have been able to hand hold some moon shots with the P900 the VR works well but my best results have been tripod mounted of coarse. Again nicely done!
