Free Adobe Photoshop CS2 downloads

Recommended Posts

Posted on Facebook by an internet aquaintance, and is for a limited time only.

Included are the serial numbers..

It's an early version but for those who haven't got Photoshop it would be worth downloading.

You could print the serials out to make life easier when downloaded.

Only problems with earlier versions of Photoshop if you shoot RAW is that the latest version of Adobe Camera RAW for the newer cameras are not usually compatible with them (that includes Photoshop Elements too), therefore if you have the latest camera you may not be able to install the version of Adobe Camera RAW required. OK if you just shoot JPEG's as they work with any version, but if you shoot RAW you have to convert the RAW files in another RAW converter then transfer them to CS2 for manipulation.

Here are the Adobe Camera RAW downloads. If you click on the various versions it will tell you which version of Photoshop (or Elements) they are compatible with:-

However if your camera is covered by the version of Adobe Camera RAW available for CS2 you are OK, at least until you buy a more modern camera.

As I said Nanny you can still use it if you take RAW as long as you convert the images in another RAW converter first them move them across to CS2 for post processing:-

There are serial numbers there, and I have installed Elements as I had been wanting to try it. It accepted the serial number that was shown at the side of the download link.

I don't know if CS2 will be the same or if you will get it for so long using the online serial before Adobe ask you to upgrade.

Maybe, it's a sprat to catch a mackeral, so to speak.

Nanny you beat me too it I as I intended to post this news up this evening and I would suggest anyone should take the opportunity to download even if you are not sure ‘how to’ use Cs2 as I’m sure we can help members to get grips with the basics.

I have just dropped indesign onto my laptop and whilst I’m more used to using the latest version I think I will make good use of having a ‘freebee’ back-up on the laptop. :yes
