Lightning

We have never had a storm like this that I can remember

It was air to air lightening that was in such rapid succession that the thunder from the first flash was joined by the second and then the third and so on with no variation in level or tone

Basically it was a continious loud rumble not disimilar to a convoy of artic lorries on full chat going up a hill in the clouds   That lasted for a good 20 minutes

Some with me, I love thunder storms. When we lived in Cumbria the village was up a little from the valley and we had fantastic news over the Lorton Fells from out living room window. Loved opening the whole window and just watching the lightning over the mountains and listening to the storm - wish I had todays technology then and many of the shots I took on film just didn't turn out.

Ps. Because I posted the video to a couple of FB groups I'm on it has been watched over 3000 times - I'm viral
