Vey nice - I could sit in that shady spot for hours. A supply of hot chocolate, some of those nice German chocolate biscuits and a good book on my Kindle and I'd be a happy man.

Noooo     Judy .. The only midges I know  wear kilts !!!!  It really was so tranquil there...   They had benches every couple of hundred yards  just so you can take the time  to soak up the view.

Thanks Korky .........maybe matron will arrange for a rehab trip there for you  .

Thank you emjay... Good to see you finding your way around the site ...the lake was just full of Lilies... and there is a gorgeous  humped bridge at the far end .. It's just outside Welshpool at Glansevern Gardens and an absolute jewel of a place to walk around and take photographs ..

Hope  you're enjoying your adventure  on here ... it's different every day ...and people  are very helpful and supportive.
