Panasonic DMC-FZ100 for sale.

I have a Panasonic DMC-FZ100 camera I'm thinking about selling, it comes with two spare batteries and all the bits & bobs that came with it. A Hoya UV filter has been on the camera since new and that will also be included. There is a film covering the LCD screen which has a few marks on it but the screen underneath should be in prefect condition. This camera has had very little use, I originally purchased it just before going on a wildlife holiday in the Amazon and the Andes in 2011. I had to travel light and the reason I bought two spare batteries was because of the difficulty charging batteries in the Amazon Basin. I thought I'd put it on here first before listing it on eBay, I haven't thought much about a selling price yet but if anyone want's to make me a sensible offer or even advise me about a starting price on eBay I'm listening.

I priced the going rate" Buy now" on Ebay when I sold my FZ30, John, and then dropped the price a bit lower for someone my son knew, so I got £120 for it with loads of accessories and case, as you have.

Clicker, I can highly recommend this camera, and refuse to part with mine, even though I have a DSLR.
One of the reasons is that it has an excellent Macro setting that lets you stand a bit further away then normal.
I have a Raynox 250 that just clips on the front, although cheap close up lenses from Ebay work well too. for getting in really close up and has a filter thread as well.

You can send me a PM if you want to take this further Polly, it was be nice to sell it to someone on here and even better if that someone could give it a try before parting with any cash. I will check out what to charge for it taking into account the two spare batteries and UV filter.... that's if a buyer want's them of course.

At last managed to get in touch with the rellie about your camera... Apparently his missus has bought him one just last week for his forthcoming birthday ... And has had to let the cat out of the bag...doh  !

Sorry that it came to nothing  John  ... It sounds like  it would have fitted the bill too . Good luck anyway ... I ' m pretty impressed with my Panasonic and that's what attracted me to your post . It sounds like  a very decent camera from the reviews.

Thanks for your input too NannyFerret ...
