An enjoyable week checking out new posts, even though I couldn't do much myself. As usual several pictures came into the running for the final choice. Blackwolf's bird pictures continue to amaze, Phil's lovely Harvey was a huge 'aww!', Annie is doing some good stuff in her 365 project, Fuzzy's Me & Me Mate was nice, and his series of Goth pictures was fantastic! I nearly went with the Uncle Fester one - brilliant! - but took into consideration the significance of today's date. We have had some nice poppy pictures, and Heather's post today was lovely, but in the end I went with one of Lee's series of his nice Rochester set. It has a sort of nostalgic look, which fits the current 'mood', great textures and makes you want to investigate further with that 'come on up the stairs' look:
