I had to Google this.  It's quite large isn't it?  That makes this image quite unusual as it's just there in the background rather than taking up most of the frame.
Nice composition with the line of stones.

Thanks Gareth, yes it is quite large, you can easily get a dozen or so people inside. The idea behind this and the other panopticons was to place them in positions were people could also enjoy the landscape they were placed in. The stones are part of a medieval field enclosure system and are quite rare. When me and Denis did the Grand Tour last year we went up here.

Thanks Clicker, I was using the Tokina 10-20mm f2.8 this time around, I didn't have it the last time I went up here.
