It was never taken as a raw image so not sure how I can use camera raw.....can you explain Thats a cracking improvement though - cheers. Can you talk me through it?

My friend took this on her phone - can anyone advise on how to get it right, get rid of glare etc? Happy for you guys to change the image. Cheers

Working The Forest and Riverbank (one for the ladies......) Taken Monday 7 Sept 2015 - This guy (one of my bosses, aren't I lucky?) is actually chopping then stripping willow, to 'bank up' the riverside to prevent erosion. This is called 'Spilling'. This is an area where salmon have recently been introduced and as a team build, we were helping clear the riverbank and 'spilling' it. Part of the Governments Community 10,000 initiative.

Pin hole photography isn't very sharp either

What does everyone think? How sharp does your point of focus have to be? When is it important? When is it less important? Would you judge an image on its sharpness? Just a few pointers for starters.....

The difference here, in this forum, is VAST. its relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Not seen any snide comments, sarcasm or rudeness. Gutted lol.....not even a glimpse of mine! Aw well...........

Reason I asked was due to a massive argument I had re last weeks comp on another forum and I can't go through that again. It really upset me and I have finally left as can't stand the snide and sarcastic people on there anymore. Phoenix knows where and who I mean. I left before, then went back (stupidly). A couple of people made sarcastic comments about my image entry last week as they don't think it met the brief, rather than let me enter and allow the voters to decide. That's why I wanted to check if water drops would count as being in brief because it not going to be as 'watery' as other entries.

Not watched yet......I entered three so I'm watching it now on catch up but not fast forwarding to the photo bit but watching the whole show. I'm not expecting to even see one of mine even in the selection.....ooo here goes.....
