Well its that time again and i have to say there have been some cracking images this week, so well done to everyone who posted. I managed, after much head scratching, to get my choice down to two images both by blackrox ... Roxy for the light and the far away look in the dogs eye, and All Tied Up for the unusual subject matter and great textures and detail. Whilst i was pondering between these two images, Phil and JohnP posted a couple of latecomers that really caught my eye for the clarity and detail in the images... Phils image of a horse in the thread Against BP's advice and Johns Another Weevil which has amazing detail considering the size of the subject matter... both of these had me scratching my head again... so thanks for that guys ! lol Anyway i found it really hard to pick between these four images but in the end i went with the one i would most like to see hanging on my wall.... very sad for his family who will be left behind always wondering if they could have done something different and stopped him doing that also very sad for your friend who will have to live with the fact that he couldnt save him as for the guy that did it,i feel for him but he is out of it now and has left the mess for someone else to deal with.

here here !! no animal should be killed by being tormented and terrified and chased down by a pack of humans on horses and dogs. its disgusting behaviour by people who claim to be intelligent human beings... if you are that intelligent a human being, then you would find a humane way to cull these creatures if they truly need it

congratulations on finishing Annie, as someone who has also done that challenge i know just how hard it is to keep going no matter what happens to you throughout the year

i have to admit to not being a huge fan of these furry creatures, but having said that she is very cute playing with that ball. my dog Arnie does the same thing with a football in the garden, scooting it along between his legs like that . just out of curiousity what was the yelp about at the end ? lol
