    Colin is right, have a look Here. Click download Windows 8, it will download a small program that checks your computer and installed programs and lets you know what is and isn't compatible. You then have the option to upgrade or not, it really is quite simple I'm sure even you could manage it ;)

    £24.99 to upgrade, not pricey but then not as cheap as an Apple upgrade! Just installed it on one of our laptops (yes Kev, that one) and it's completely different to what I'm used to, it's gonna take some playing with before I risk installing it on my own comp.
