Hi team

I am looking for a muslin backdrop in rust / brown. I found one from Photovidozone but when I tried to call them I was told the number was invalid and the address they give on their website belongs to some other company who have never heard of them.

So I was wondering if any of you boys and girls know of any where else I could get something similar if not the same. Amazon have a selection but drawn a blank.

Found the Photvideozone site, but have you tried e-mailing rather than calling them? I must say their background picture looks like some of the other links, so they are all probably selling the same thing, If not all the same firm using different names.

If you can't get what colour you want, if you obtain white muslin, or even a white bed sheet, you can dye your own in the washing machine using dyes you can get in places like Wilco etc:-

You only need to tie it in a ball, as in the instructions above, if you want the mottled efect like Tie Dying. For an even all-over effect just leave it loose.

what about trying a fabric shop/market stall, pay for only the amount you want + 3" to make a loop at one end to hang it up, you could also get the exact (or nearest to) colour you want.

The trick would be is to get fabric the right width so to have no seems.

Our local Dunelm’s sells muslin I will after see in what colours and widths. I can also in on the Rag Market.

ALL I DID WAS TO PUT.........MUSLIN BROWN .....INTO EBAY SEARCH......there's lots of it....very cheap too........

Many, many moons ago, I used to help fit exhibition stands with muslin ceilings, I bet I've stapled up miles and mies of the stuff.
