Xmas Trees

today was the switch on for the christmas lights in my town, it was cold, windy and pouring rain so not much chance of getting any photographs.

just managed to get this quick shot of the towns christmas tree with my G12 before shoving it back in my pocket so it didnt get as soaked as i did.

not the best picture in the world qualitywise i know, but i quite like the warm glow coming from the tree

Most of our street lights are strung and the Xmas tree is in place but yet to be decorated with lights, Our the switch on isn't until the 9th Dec

i have finally got mine up.

Just a 4ft one on a table as my three lîttle rascals (ferrets) would soon shin up one that was floor standing.one.

put my tree up, well my daughter did, but can't find the box with the lights, fairy, tinsil and last years baubles and xmas stuff. no how hard can that be to loose a box of decorations in a two bedroom house????

Took the boys to see Santa at the weekend - Thomas still thinks Christmas is magical.

That truly IS a magical scene.......the Santa, lighting and general ambience make it so.........it almost makes me believe again......just look at your lad's face, it is priceless.
