On Saturday the proprietor of our local .....Open All Hours....kind of shop ( I have posted pics previously) told me that he had bits of photographic stock in going very cheap....I'm always a bit sceptical; because he purchases all kinds o surplus stock.

 

He showed me the contents of two plastic bins, one filled with leather camera and lens cases.............I wasn't interested in those.

 

The next bin looked more interesting, I saw filters, Video lights, flash bits, a flash reflector brolly in gold and white, plus lots of bits that I haven't sorted yet....quite a bit of Film stuff but all still needs sorting.

 

Here, you can see that my granddaughter and I made full use of the gold lined brolly...................but...............Angelic one minute to a little nutter next....

 

KIDS!.............. Why do they do it?.....Not just lads either:

Lucky you!

I've been asked to do a baby shoot, first ever, and have no equipment at all. I do have a couple of off camera flashes so it'll be make do and mend as far as reflectors go.

TBH I'm not really looking forward to it.
