Another University study......................an outside staircase of 1970s design I think.................Yesterdays light was exceptional, the typical golden, directional light of autumn which helped to emphasise the sculptural qualities of white painted concrete against the dark brick building:

Now this one is right up my street (not literally, I live in Bath!). I love the geometricality of it (I just made that word up!), and it works well in mono - colour just wouldn't be the same. It's even co-operated with you by having 3 levels - I was always taught that an odd number of objects is best in a photo or painting. The close crop suits it as well. I like everything about it.
