Well done, may I also suggest you look at some form of diffuser at some point too to go with the flash, I use soft box's with mine which help to spread the light evenly, you can "bounce" flash your subjects to stop some of the harsh shadows direct flash can cause, also don't be afraid to use it in bright sunlight as fill flash :)

Well done Leon,

Dont go spending your pocket money, on expensive pro diffusers........I borrowed a mates ....pro Gary Phong Flash Diffuser.....it worked great....but...

A POUND SHOP plastic pudding basin with a clip on lid works EXACTLY the same.....it just doesnt concertina down into a small space.....it does however, hold cleaning cloths and other small bits when not in use.

Just like my DIY macro diffuser, you just need to cut a door like hole in the base of the basin to fit tightly over your flash .....white kitchen towel and kitchen foil placed around the inside will project diffused flash to exactly where you want it and at the power chosen.

Have fun!

The 560 isn't a hss speedlight mate, it will burst shoot at 1/8th power or less but is still limited to either 1/200th or 1/250th as decided by your cam body otherwise you will get a shadow caused by the camera's second curtain
