They are from my files but that wasn't the plan. I haven't picked up a camera for about 18 months because I cared for my wife for 15 months who died on March 6th. It was a nice day yesterday so I decided to go for a walk locally along the banks of a small river near home as I have phographed butterflies there many times in the past. Unfortunately even though I spotted one female Orange Tip and several males I just couldn't get any decent shots as they were extremely active and not settling very much. The weather is supposed to be warming up under high pressure shortly so I hope I can stir myself to go and do the same walk again, I am still having problems with my emotions but I must get on with my life even though it's hard sometimes.

Totally understandable, John. Try not to beat yourself up if you're not feeling up to things; it's a proper roller-coaster of emotions. Big love to you.
