Given time, I could do the same thing using the grass you've got in the image already. The question is - do you want to keep or lose the shadow in the top left? It's lot easier if you keep it...

1. Copy the layer in Photoshop (or equivalent) so you have the original to fall back on if necessary.

2. Use the clone tool, with a 50% brush (midway between fully hard and soft - Shift+[ softens, Shift+] hardens) - use the shadow to clone out the pink tray.

3. Still cloning, use the area of grass top right to clone out everything above the top of the dog's head - the spade handle, the metal thing, the curved black thing, etc

4. Finally, use the sunlit area of grass to the right of the driver compartment to clone out the spade, and everything level with it.

When cloning in 3. and 4., don't start with the source bit of grass and then keep clicking - the repeated section of grass you end up with will be too obvious. Re-source the 'origin point' every few clicks so that the result looks like a unique patch of grass. Vary the opacity if you feel that adds to the effect.

If what I've said sounds a complete mystery to you, do please say and I'll do a complete tutorial for you.

If I have time later today, can I swipe your picture and have a go at it? (I don't use RAW so sending me the link would be pointless).
