I thought of Fuzzy's comment on my "Huntsman" image of the other day, indicating that he wasn't fond of spiders. When I staggered out this morning to put my shoes on, someone had set up camp in one. I chose a different pair.

Anyone remember the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers, a hippie comic strip in the 70s? One of the three hairies was Fat Freddy whose cat got its own spin-off cartoon.

 

Frame 1 : Fat Freddy turfs his cat out of the armchair and sits down.

Frame 2 : Fat Freddy thinks "Oh no! Last time I did that, he went and shit on my LP shelf"

Frame 3 : Fat Freddy examining each of his albums carefully, one by one.

Frame 4 : Fat Freddy sits back in the chair, wipes his brow, "Phew, I got away with it this time."

Frame 5 : Cat, smirking. "Wait till he puts on his stereo headphones..."

 

I don't know - this shot sort of reminded me of that.

I'm sure I saw in the news the other day, that a backpacker brought a huge and pregnant Huntsman Spider into the UK accidentally, it was in his bag when he unpacked.

I always turn my rarely used walking boots upside down, then knock them on the floor before putting them on........no flies on me.
