I was burning some wood in my burning bin around sunset and the flames took on some interesting shapes with grotesque faces and figures and other weird random contortions.

Flames really are mesmeric aren’t they..  were you burning wood outside for a reason Les ..  ?
I’m just curious if it was waste or if you were having a winter’s night BBQ

Hi Clicker,

Just a few laminate floorboards that cant be used in my wood burner stove.

I have a old oil drum that I use for burning household paper and cardboard. I recycle  less now since I heard that a lot of our waste is dumped on the likes of Romania and Turkey.

Anyway I had a lot of carboard and paper to burn so I burnt the flooring in a hot fire to keep the pollution down.
