SOGGY DOGGY 1-2 & 3

Recommended Posts

This post will run into two because of file sizes....

Here are three pics in sequence of  a Soggy Doggy ................one of a pair of Welsh Collies having great fun in our local Pool on a bitterly cold day.

I can just imagine the smell of wet dogs, the mud to clean up and the dirty towels when they returned home........their owner, her daughter and the two dogs didnt care at all about that.

But I would  :yes

Oh he is lovely and you have captured him beautifully...

I so wish my dog would go in the water..I have the only Labrador in the world that has a fear of water. We even threw her fav toy in the stream and she just run away, sat an waited for us to retrieve it...when she got it back she would come nowhere near us. When we get the garden hose out she is gone, of to a sofa with her paws over head...tart!

Great shots and lovely looking dogs

It's three pics of the same dog, in sequence Terry.......the other dog of the pair is out if shot......I do have both in one shot, but the sequence interested me more.

Fantastic shots, Fuji. Was that  the same lens and camera that you used for the seagull, Fuji?

YES! .....Nanny, same day as I walked home along the path side of the pool...... The lens is the 14-45 kit one, I purchased on the camera.

At around 400 ISO I could get the shutter speeds way up, I don't think the camera has constant focus though, so I just pointed then shot, hoping for the best.....and.....the best happened......it froze the moment.

The original RAW file was very noisy, so I was forced to let TOPAZ NOISE work it's amazing magic, after that, it required some TLC in CS6 including selective sharpening.

I will try to remember to post the original for comparison.
