Look at that, all tucked away and hidden, a gorgeous picture.  Castles would normally be up high...I must find out more about this one. You are so lucky to have all this wonderful scenery around you..

Annie... Eastnor Castle is actually a mock castle (still an interesting place to visit) it was built about 1849-1850 at a cost of £85,000. The estate is vast and parts are open to walkers as long as they behave themselves. There are several lakes in the deer park and it's sometimes possible to see the Red Deer up close. Come and spend a day or weekend over here and I'll take you there, it's only a couple of miles from my place. I often park near the castle and walk through the deer park and make my way up to the Malvern Hills and the highest point in Herefordshire.
