Ponies.

I came across these ponies when out walking yesterday, I hadn't used a camera in weeks due to the bad weather and I was ready to photograph anything...

on a serious note I really like that  shot it seems to capture the peace and quiet of the country , I like the way two of them are keeping their eye on you

As you know I am not a lover of horses...going through that lot at Wicken last year nearly freaked me out...

Annie... I hadn't realised the horses at Wicken had bothered you that much, they didn't bother me much... I dare say had they turned nasty... after many years I would have found out that I can still run...

They look less friendly (or maybe more nervous) than the ones at Wicken which are apparently well used to people

Beautiful! and the way that they are standing makes the shot more natural.

I'ts their size and power John that scares me. When those at Wicken were crowding round the gate we had to go through I really thought I was not gonna do it. And that bloke mouthing of at the poor girl too. I don't mind horses if they are the other side of a fence, thats ok.

 

Beautiful animals....just I prefer to keep my distance.
