Hi Gang

Well have been looking at getting into Astrophotography for some time, and found that a good friend also has the same interests, so just ordered a Star Tracker for the Tripod to get the exposure time up and keep the stars sharp,

Will hopefully get some clear evenings after it turns up.

It sounds like you are very serious about the foray into Astrophotography Steve ... Roger,  who is a member, used to do a great deal of that  until  2 or 3 years ago and   then decided to get into bird photography very successfully. I remember him saying that  his equipment  had been extremely expensive  at the time . I wish you luck on your  new venture and  await the results with bated breath ...I did  get a   picture of  her moons with Saturn  just adjacent a few days before the  Winter Solstice with my 400mm   lens,  though  I  was disappointed with the result ...🙁

Its been cloudy and overcast all for the past few weeks, as wanted to get some images too,

Having a place also in Norfolk on the coast, I think this is where it will get most use, as less light saturation from towns and villages etc

Will post some results of my journey into learning more about it

Steve 🙂
