Yikes, the viewpoint and angle may make this seem scarier than it is but I would still want a clear head (and clean glasses) for that wander.

Tina... the footpaths are almost certainly man made, this is the La Cumbrecita National Park and a different area to where I took my previous shots. I would imagine the paths were wider when they were first constructed, there appears to have been quite a bit of erosion on both sides and in places the paths could do with some work done on them as they are very narrow. Never the less I really like walking there and I've never missed going there on each of my six visits to La Palma.

They do look very narrow.

I wouldn't like the paths but would certainly enjoy the place. It looks very relaxing.
