I'd love to climb that peak on the horizon, it's Pen Y fan which is the highest of the Brecon Beacons. I really should have done these things years ago as my old leg injury is slowly playing me up more as I get older. I'm still suffering from going up Sugar Loaf from where I took this shot on October 10th.

that's lovely john, the light is really nice in this one. there is a building in the middle. is it a farm or an old ruin?

Annie... I just looked at the original (so much more detailed) and the building looks like a farm... certainly not a ruin.

I'm trying to get my head around Dropbox, please can someone let me know if you are able to see the larger images. You will have to use the more 'Actions Button' bottom right. I hope I've done this correctly.

Worked for me I think. The large version  of this came in at 2.3 Mb and 5182 x 2351 pixels. Is that what you expected?

p.s. the detail is excellent!

Thanks Bugs... that's great.

I've just discovered that when viewing the large version on Dropbox you can use control and the mouse wheel to zoom even more, this old duffer learns something every day... :yes

Just had a look, John.

It's about 8" across on my 17" screen, so it's big enough to see more detail.

Tina... You should see three dots bottom right of the 8" image, click there and then click on view original.

Can't find three dots, Just SAVE and CLOSE. I tried clicking and hovering over the bottom right of the actual pic, but nothing happened.

OK... not sure what's going on then, Bugs managed to see the full size image so I give up, I thought I'd found a way of showing larger images instead of the terrible degraded versions we usually view.

If you click the dropbox link, it should open in a new tab or window.

then click on the picture you want to view, which should open, and the three dots are at the bottom right of that webpage.

Click on those dots and you should get the option to either view original or download.
