using Nikon d5100,18-135 lens ,turned into b&w then added a little hdr toning

Hi, Leon,

I understand what you mean by what you say......it took me ages to appreciated photographs like this one, to see a place as a potential mono study, then have the skills to process it to look good is quite time consuming but can give great pleasure, especially if results like this are achieved.

The post processing, is the key to good mono and urban studies, it teases out all the depth, tone and texture, hiding in a good RAW original.

Have a go at teaching yourself a little processing this winter ......the rewards will be great.
