Tilt and shift

I have tried to apply a pseudo tilt and shift to this picture. The idea behind it is to miniaturize parts of the image. Hope I'm not teaching anybody to suck eggs.

Nice work!

It's actually called .... (no, can't remember the name? Something to do with making things look like models, or miniaturisation?) 'Tilt and shift' actually refers to a specific type of lens technology that enables one to photograph buildings by pointing the lens upward without getting the converging verticals. There used to be VERY expensive lenses to enable this, but now Photoshop has made them redundant :D
